The club has now successfully registered for the "Get Started" program which is funded by the State Government to assist children and young people who can least afford or may otherwise benefit from joining a sporting team.  

To be eligible to get a voucher the child must be aged between 5 and 18 years of age and have a parent or guardian who holds a Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.  There is also availability to gain a voucher through a referral agent.  More information is available on the following website Get Started—Funding to help kids participate.

 The next round of voucher funding will commence on 15 July 2013 and will be on a first come, first served basis.  The first round of funding has closed, however if anyone has a voucher please bring it along to the club and we will do our best to redeem it.  I will send another reminder out closer to the date for the new round of funding.
